Exfoliate your skin.
Exfoliating the outer layer of the skin, with a loofah or scrub daily will help to increase the cells turnover rate. This promotes younger, and more rejuvenated looking skin.
Stay away from the sun.
SPF is your best friend. All year round. The sun (even when it’s not showing) emits UV (ultraviolet) radiation which darkens the skin, promotes pre-mature aging and increases your likelihood of skin cancer. Avoid, when possible.
