Hygiene & Product Safety
To protect product integrity and customer safety, we are unable to restock or resell products that have been opened, used, unsealed, or tampered with.
Accordingly, for hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable once opened:

Change of Mind Returns

Complimentary items, promotional additions, gifts-with-purchase, and bonus products:
Hold no cash value
Are non-transferable

If an order qualifying for a promotion is refunded, the retail value of promotional items may be deducted from the refund total where permitted.
