To maintain the highest standards of hygiene, product integrity and client safety, we are unable to restock or resell products that have been opened, used, unsealed or otherwise compromised.
Accordingly, for hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable once opened:

Any item returned showing signs of opening, use, tampering, contamination or damage inconsistent with normal transit may be rejected.
Change of Mind Returns

Promotions, Complimentary Products & Bundles
Complimentary items, promotional additions, gifts-with-purchase and bonus products:
• Hold no cash value
• Are non-transferable
• Are non-refundable
• May not be exchanged separately
If an order qualifying for a promotion is refunded, the retail value of promotional items may be deducted from the refund total where permitted.
