The idea that Glutathione works like a ‘magic’ skin whitening pill is in fact quite erroneous. When considering Glutathione, it is important to understand the primary purpose of Glutathione which is firstly to function as an anti-oxidant and a detoxifying agent within the body. Think of Glutathione like a sponge, it cleans up all the bad junk, and bacteria within the body.

– To quit smoking and minimise your alcohol intake. A healthy liver will react faster to Glutathione supplements than an unhealthy liver.
– Taking a sufficient dosage of Glutathione, between 2000mg – 3000mg and above generally yields skin whitening effects. Skin whitening results occur when there is an overproduction of Glutathione in the body.
– Increasing your dosage of Vitamin C. 2000mg – 3000mg and above is sufficient. Vitamin C is what really allows Glutathione to work efficiently within the body. Without supplementing with Vitamin C, you’re doing yourself a real disservice.
Can I make Glutathione work faster for me?
Generally speaking, no. Increasing your GSH levels takes some time, however through consistency and effective supplementation efforts, you are likely to yield the skin whitening results you are looking for much easier and faster than by not doing so.
